Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up with your email and start writing. During early access nothing is charged on any plan.
Who counts as a person?
Anyone who belongs to your workspace. People you share a single page or folder with as guests do not count.
Can I take my work with me?
Yes. Every page exports to Markdown with its diagrams and schemas, and API contracts and collections export in their own formats (OpenAPI, Postman).
What happens when early access ends?
We email every workspace owner 30 days before paid plans start. You can stay on Free, choose a plan, or export your work and leave.
Can we run PrimeDoc ourselves?
Yes. PrimeDoc runs on one Linux server with Docker: the app, its database and its mail. Contact us and we help you set it up.
