Terms of Service

Last updated 26 October 2026

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and PrimeDoc ("we", "us"), which runs PrimeDoc, the feature workspace at this website ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use PrimeDoc for an organisation, you accept them for that organisation and confirm that you may do so.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. A copy of PrimeDoc you run on your own servers is covered by the agreement you make with us for it, not by these terms.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give a real email address that you can receive mail at.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and you can see and sign out your devices in Account settings.
  • Workspace owners and admins decide who belongs to a workspace and what they may do in it. When someone is removed, their access to that workspace ends.
  • Tell us at once if you believe someone else is using your account.

Your content

Everything you and your team put into PrimeDoc (pages, comments, diagrams, schemas, API contracts, collections, environments, files and run results) remains yours. You give us permission to store, copy, process and show it only as needed to run the service for you: to keep it, show it to the people you share it with, search it, back it up and send it where you ask, such as to an AI agent you connect.

You confirm that you have the right to put your content into PrimeDoc and to share it as you do. You can export pages as Markdown, contracts as OpenAPI and collections in Postman's format at any time.

Sharing and public links

You choose who sees your work: a workspace, a project, a folder or one page can be shared with people as viewers, commenters or editors. A public link shows a read-only copy of a page to anyone who has the link, until you revoke it. Treat a public link like the page itself: anyone you send it to can pass it on.

A workspace's owners and admins may choose to show page titles when a link to a page is pasted into a chat app. That shows the page's title and project to anyone who has the link; it never shows what the page says, and never applies to pages kept to the people invited.

AI agents and tokens

You can connect an AI agent to a project with a token. The agent acts as you, within that project and the permissions you chose, and the changes it proposes wait for an editor to apply them. Keep tokens secret and revoke a token you no longer need. What an agent's provider does with the content the agent reads is governed by that provider's terms.

Requests, runners and mock servers

When you send a request or run a collection, PrimeDoc sends it to the address you give, from our servers or from a runner on a machine you control. Only send requests to systems you are allowed to test, and do not use PrimeDoc to overload, probe or attack any system. A mock server answers anyone who has its address until it expires or you revoke it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PrimeDoc to:

  • break any law, or store or share content you have no right to share;
  • upload malware, or harass, threaten or deceive anyone;
  • get around the service's security, reach data that is not shared with you, or test its security without our written permission;
  • overload the service, or copy it, resell it or access it in bulk by automated means other than the tools we provide;
  • send spam, including invitations to people who did not ask for them.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law or the safety of others prevents it.

Early access

PrimeDoc is in early access. Features change, some may be removed, and the service may have errors or interruptions. We do not promise a level of availability during early access, so keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve PrimeDoc without owing you anything for it.

Fees

PrimeDoc is free during early access. Before any paid plan starts we will email every workspace owner at least 30 days ahead with the prices and terms, and you can keep using the free plan, choose a paid one, or export your work and leave. Prices shown on our pricing page do not include taxes where they apply.

Ending your use

You can stop using PrimeDoc at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service; where we can, we give you notice and time to export your work. After an account or workspace ends we delete its content within a reasonable time, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond what these terms say, including that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content or your use of the service in breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, as far as the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as PrimeDoc grows. For changes that matter, we tell you by email or in the app before they apply, except when a change is needed at once for security or by law. If you keep using PrimeDoc after a change applies, you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to settle the matter. Disputes go to the courts of India.
